[ASPINWALL, PA, Sept. 26] 321Blink of Pittsburgh has announced the acquisition of central Pennsylvania advertising firm Loaded Creative. 321Blink will continue to operate out of Loaded Creative’s office in Bellefonte to serve both existing and new clients into the future. The acquisition immediately extends 321Blink’s advertising and marketing footprint across Pennsylvania, while adding strategic marketing and integrated creative strength, traditional design capabilities and interactive muscle to an award-winning agency on the rise.
“We’ve known and worked with Loaded Creative’s President Mark Dello Stritto for years,” said Tripp Clarke, co-founder and an owner of 321Blink. “He has distinguished himself through creative direction, visionary design and proven results as an emerging leader and marketer in the central Pennsylvania business community. This acquisition is part of a strategic growth plan for 321Blink that will not only expand our geographical reach but will also expand our expertise
in our industry.” Loaded Creative Founder and President Mark Dello Stritto joins 321Blink as an owner and as Vice President of Creative.
“We share similar visions for quality of work, quality of life for employees and equally important, high-quality client service,” said Dello Stritto. “We also share a strong Pennsylvania work ethic, so I know this is a great fit for our people and company. The success we’ve had as Loaded Creative will continue at 321Blink.”
With expertise in broadcast and corporate video production, digital marketing, marketing communications and media strategy, 321Blink’s addition of Loaded Creative’s team adds both a talented and seasoned leader to its ownership and management circle while also deepening 321Blink’s strategic, content, design, and online development talent.
321Blink has earned the business of brands such as Giant Eagle, Mylan, UPMC Enterprises, Tepper School of Business and more. Dello Stritto’s 20+ years of experience include award-winning regional, national and international brand development and design for industrial, CPG, banking, public service and retail clients, while working for agencies in Pittsburgh and State College and at Loaded Creative, which he founded 13 years ago.
“With two of our most tenured clients located in State College, adding a physical location in central Pennsylvania establishes our footprint throughout central and into eastern PA,” Clarke added. 321Blink will continue to operate and expand the downtown Bellefonte, PA office. The combined entity will have approximately 30 employees.
