First responders are invaluable to the safety and security of our communities and for 119 years, Alpha Fire Company and its volunteers have been proudly serving as they answer the call in the central Pennsylvania area.
To help promote the service opportunities and recruit volunteers, our team developed a powerful and inspiring campaign to attract and engage new members. For over ten years, our team has collaborated with Alpha to develop messaging that communicates the need for volunteers and the unique qualities and characteristics that resonate with recruits.
We developed a powerful recruitment message that transcends television radio and streaming commercials, interactive advertising, and social media-based video teasers that drives audiences to a compelling three-minute made for web movie. The creative message and mix have been highly successful with Alpha Fire, helping the organization continually meet or exceed its recruitment goals during its three annual seasonal campaigns.
