* This package includes no maintenance hours. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to: updates to copy and/or photography, changes to hours, employees and/or pricing, additional functionality, etc. All maintenance will be billed at our current hourly rate with this package.


** Design and Development are limited to current content changes and fixes. This can be additional information added to an existing page such as the change of an image or added text content. This can also be the addition of a blog or post page that does not require any new page design and or development. 


***Automatic updates are necessary for websites to function optimally, but can sometimes cause discrepancies or conflicts within the site. Consistent monitoring is recommended to be sure that all pages and functions are working properly amidst updates. 


PAYMENT TERMS The monthly retainer will be billed the month prior to service.

NOTES Maintenance hours do not carry over month to month. Development requests beyond the selected plan hours per month, or heavy development or programmatic needs or requests, will be estimated separately. If the client chooses to move hosting and maintenance services to another vendor at any point in time, Blink must receive 60 days notice. Blink may change packages or rates with a 60 day notice to the client. Certain plugins may require an additional monthly or annual cost.
